Yes there is plenty of parking in our carpark shared with Waimarino Adventure Park. Bus and van parking and roadside parking available also.

Our set menu options are designed with you in mind and ease the stress of organising your event. We have a selection of set menus designed with you in mind. Encompassing different styles such as buffet, family style, BBQ and canapes.
Alternatively, we can recommend some of our preferred caterers. Any caterer you bring in need to hold the required food licences. They also need to provide their own wait staff as they will be responsible for serving and cleaning up of all food and take all rubbish off site. Or we can provide an additional staff member for an extra cost.

All site visits are by appointment only; this includes set up and pack down of any event.

Yes we are a licensed venue.
We can provide a Duty Manager and Bar Person this is covered by our BYO fee.
We only allow for beer, wine, cider and champagne/bubbles on our premises. Spirits, RTD's or liquors are not permitted at our venue under any circumstance.
For wedding bookings you can access the venue up to 6 hours prior to your event, for corporate 3 hours prior.
Yes, we are a transport service provider and we can organise transport to and from the venue. Please talk to us directly about any requirements you have regarding transport.
Yes, but only in our smoking areas, these will be shown to you upon arrival to the venue.
